How does it work

You provide the Alcohol and we provide service along with all other ingredients and items for 3 signature cocktails of your choosing. We are able to make classic cocktails in addition to your signature cocktails but you must provide all ingredients for additional drinks unless discussed prior to contract.

How it Works

This is the intended service we set out to make as we are able to provide Alcohol. This creates a more stress free event on your end while being able to use more advanced techniques for your cocktails that require us to provide alcohol like infusions, milk punches, frozen drinks, or mini cocktail shots. We have a valid Illinois Caterers License along with Illinois Liquor License  to provide this experience.

I hired Spirit Proof for a family birthday celebration and we went with the traditional dry bar service with us buying the alcohol. We were provided a list to go out and purchase the recommended alcohol along with variety of options for each spirit to allow me to have more control of the spending which I loved. Joel was the Bartender for our event and was so good at keeping conversation, drinks were balanced and on point each time it was ordered. My guests loved the bar set up and was a pretty fast set up time, Joel finished the set up early and provided us with a few samples of the menu while we waited for guests to arrive. We hired him again for our other daughters Birthday in August and look forward to seeing Spirit Proof again, would recommend if you are in the market for a bartending service.
